- My name is Sandra Calderbank and I am a nature, wildlife and stock photographer in Asheville, NC. I am also a full time anesthetist. I have been doing nature photography for many years with a recent emphasis on bird photography. I had previously concentrated my photographic eye on the beautiful mountain scenery of the South East but of late have been traveling to various Florida Wetlands to photograph the glorious birds there. I sell my work locally in Western North Carolina and on-line. I have been published locally and also in several travel magazines, travel guides and ads.
